Reservations and Pricing
Reservations are made online through the simulator. Select drop-off and pick-up dates and times, the type of parking, and the terminal access method.
Rates are calculated per day, according to the dates, times, parking type, and services selected during the simulation.
The payment method and timing are presented during the simulation and in the reservation confirmation. In some options, payment may be made upon return, according to the conditions indicated.
Yes. Modifications and cancellations must be made in advance and are subject to the conditions presented at the time of reservation.
Arrival at the car park and transfer to the airport
ParqueP5 is located at Rua Fernando Namora, Lote 1, Quinta do Figo Maduro, 2685-397 Prior Velho, Portugal.
Upon return, follow the procedure indicated in the reservation confirmation. Normally, coordination is done when you are ready for pickup. </p>

Covered, canopy, and uncovered parking
There are three options: covered parking, covered parking with canopy, and uncovered parking. </p>
Covered corresponds to a 100% covered area. Covered with canopy is an intermediate solution that offers additional protection compared to uncovered. </p>
Keep the key
The Keep the key option applies to options where the vehicle is dropped off at ParqueP5 facilities. In these cases, the key remains with the customer during the trip.
Security
ParqueP5 has video surveillance, fencing, night lighting, and access control. Staff are present on-site with 24-hour operation to assist with check-in, guide parking, and coordinate pick-up upon return. The service includes insurance, under the conditions described in the Terms and Conditions presented during reservation. </p>
Vehicles, extras, and additional services
Yes. Services such as exterior wash, complete wash, vacuuming, electric charging, and inspection may be available, subject to selection and availability.
Specific conditions may apply to vehicles above a certain length. The correct option must be selected at the time of reservation.
